Single Bracketed Arm Circular Cross Section Tapered Steel Pole

Pole Shaft: 4.5mm wall thickness as per ASTM A-53 fabricated circular cross section tapered steel.

Pole Top Cover: 5mm thick steel plate fully welded to pole shaft top. Also provided with 1-12.7 mm vent. hole below the top cover. Arm Mounting Plate: 8mm thick steel plate with 19mm x 9mm keyhole mounting hole and 18mm fix hole with 2-5 x 10 x 10 nut stoppers.

Mast Arm: B.I. pipe as per PHS 25: 1984 medium series. Schedule 40 fully welded on mounting plate together with 6mm thick stiffiners. Mast arm tip is international standard patern 5 degree tilt to prevent the luminaire from bowing downward.

Base Plate: 350x350x25mm M.S. plate with 4-25 holes for 22mm x 675 anchor bolts holes. Telescope and fully welded to pole shaft.

Assembly: Pole and arm assembly are done by means of 18mm thru hole for 16mm bolts with nuts, round washers and lock washers.

Finish: Hot dip galvanized per latest edition of ASTM A-153.
